Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. If you place a single order with multiple items, they will all be shipped once all the items from that order are in stock. If you would like the items in stock sent first please place separate orders. You can also contact us to pay for multiple shipments. If the items are not available all at the same time for dispatch they will be sent separately .

De Barde reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. We cannot be held responsible for any currency exchange rates, our prices are quoted in Euros . The total price for international buyers will remain the same as advertised even though taxes will not be included.

International buyers are responsible for all the duties and taxes applied to their order when receiving the goods. Please make sure you are aware of your local import fees as De Barde will not be responsible for any such charges. This also applies for any export and import taxes when returning items.

The indicated shipping times are from the date of dispatch and De Barde  is not responsible for delays from the carriers. We will use the most reliable carriers to prevent delays.

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register for an account at checkout . When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold as new, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. 

By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us and arrange either a return or a refund. Items must be returned to us unused with all De Barde tags and labels still attached. As we are a small business, we check every product which goes out. Returns that do not meet our policy in Exchanges and Returns,  will be sent back to you.

We will not accept returns if items show signs of wear and tear or if our security seal is broken or tags removed. Items have to be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original condition. This also applies to smells, for example please make sure you do not apply perfumes nearby or leave in a room with a scented candle, cigar smoke , cigarette smoke as this would void the return. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the client, unless the product is defective. 

We will retain the legal ownership of the Items until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the Items will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you. Risk in the Items will pass to you on delivery to you.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. - remaking of the bags and products be more specific.
