At De Barde, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade products. Our commitment is to provide you with unique and carefully hand crafted items.

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please read our Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

De Barde is a small female owned start up company. We work directly with local craftsmen who work hours by hand to create the bags we sell. We do our best to ensure the best quality at all times. As a start up we please ask you to consider any returns with thought and kindness , we absolutely do wish to provide you with the best consideration possible if there is strong reason for a refund or credit , so please if you have any unacceptable issues with the bag or the quality please reach out first to our HQ email : contact@debarde.com we endeavor to solve any issues directly with you .

As we are a small business, we check every product which goes out. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. 
 

Eligibility for Returns:

● We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
● To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags and labels attached as new and in the same condition as when you received it.
● Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.


Initiating a Return:

Return Shipping:

● Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

● De Barde  is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

        
Refunds:

● Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or refund.
● If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [number] business days.


Exceptions:

● Sale items are non-refundable.
● Gift cards are non-refundable.


Defective or Damaged Items:
